I just wanted to give a big thanks to all the A2 folks I got to meet and interact with on my EnVision tour to Japan. I know I have thanked some of your more personally, but I still wanted to post this for everyone to see (feel free to move this if you feel it is on the wrong board). This trip was a major turning point in my life for many reasons and I would like to thank you all and praise God for the amazing influence you have all had on my life.

I must confess, I got a little weepy at my Perspectives class last night. We were talking about cross-culture and its dealings with world mission. Japan and all the people I met were at the forefront of my mind the entire time. It was such a blessing for you all to be willing to spend the time to “show me the ropes”, so to speak, and also just spend time with me. It was also a huge blessing to be able to meet and interact with many of your children at the retreat. Please, if any of you feel like dropping me an email or looking me up on facebook, do so. I would be overjoyed to hear from any of you.

I promised myself that I would take time for the euphoria of finally being able to go to Japan to wear off before thinking about making a commitment to myself and God about going to Japan for a longer term. I feel like I'm coming close to making a decision, but I still covet your prayers. Once again, thank you all so much for everything you have done so far!

To anybody reading this that is thinking of going to Japan to serve The Church or work with Asian Access: If you truly feel lead, I suggest you check it out. The need is great and this is a great group of people; they are true servants of the Lord.
