Bob Hay serves as Recruitment Consultant with SIM USA. He works cooperatively and collaboratively with multiple departments within SIM USA on a wide range of tasks, including strategic planning, abilities/strengths/gifts assessing, life coaching, training, speaking, and presenting in various areas, within SIM and beyond. Born in Nigeria to missionary parents, raised in New Jersey, traveled throughout the United States, Canada, Africa, Europe, and Asia, formally educated in Tennessee and South Carolina, and involved in mentoring, teaching, and people-development ministries since 1982. Degrees in History and Cross-cultural Ministries (intercultural studies/cross-cultural communication plus pastoral ministry), as well as life experience, have prepared me well for coaching and mentoring people in preparation for their own cross-cultural ministry involvement.
